Greens and Flowers Study Park (Midori to Hana no Gakushuen)
This park extends both inside and outside and has corners where one can enjoy the sweet fragrance of flowers and plants year-round. Each Tuesday and Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., questions (in Japanese) concerning the garden can be answered at the counseling window.

Greens and Flowers Study Park
Oyokogawa River Park (Oyokogawa Shinsui Koen)
To better enjoy the Oyokogawa River, the area between the Narihira Bridge and the Kiyohira Bridge is now being developed. Upon completion the park will provide a "Riverside Fishing Zone," a "Kappa (a mythological creature) Riverside Zone," an "Autumn Tints Zone" a "Pallete Plaza Zone" and a "Blue Terrace Zone."

Oyokogawa River Park
Fishing Pond (Uotsuriba)
A gourd-shaped fishing pond is located inside Sumida Park, north of the Kototoi Bridge. Only grade school and junior-high school age students may fish in this pond. The fee is 30yen per student, per visit. There is no fee to watch.

Children's Paradise (Wanpaku Tengoku)
Children can enjoy a natural environment and participate in various adventures here.

Tsutsumi-dori Park (Traffic park)
Children can learn traffic rules here while playing. The park is equipped with small-size traffic signals and an 800-meter cycling course. Bicycles and go-carts are available for free.

Tatekawa River Park (Tatekawa Shinsui Koen)
The area stretching from the Oyokogawa River junction to the Yokojukkengawa River was extended, making it 890 meters long. The area features a gold course, tennis courts, croquet playing field and more.

Mukojima Hyakkaen Flower Park
This park, with more than 3,000 tsubos, is a place where you can enjoy numerous flowers throughout the four seasons. Plums and flowers of various Japanese bushes fill the garden with fragrance. Admission is 150yen. (Closed during the six-day New Year holiday.)

Mukojima Hyakkaen
Former Yasuda Garden (Kyuyasuda Teien)
This park was formerly a private park owned by Zenjiro Yasuda and contains the remnants of a feudal lord's garden. It has been restored to look as it did during the Genroku period when it was renowned for its beauty. Ryogoku Public Hall, where many public functions are held, is located inside this park.
