Sumida Riverside Hall
This multi-functional cultural facility was a built adjacent to the Sumida City Hall Building. The facility includes an all-purpose hall, exhibition room, mini-theater, art gallery, information corner and much more.

Hikifune Culture Center (Hikifune Bunka Senta)
This center has a standard hall for theatrical performances or music concerts, a recreational hall, a tea room, Japanese-style rooms and conference rooms.

Sumida Triphony Hall
This facility serves as a location for the dispatch of art and cultural creativity for the eastern region of the Tokyo metropolitan area. Opportunities to see great works of art and culture from Japan and abroad are presented by the Hall. Information on a variety of arts and culture is collected and distributed here as well. There is a large and small hall and three workshops that can be used for a fee.

Sumida Triphony Hall
Sumida Women's Center (Sumida Josei Senta)
Counseling and lectures concerning women's issues are offered at this center. It is also used as a gathering place for women's voluntary groups. The Sumida Consumer Center has its office on the second floor of this center (Tel. 5608-1773).

Sumida Home Center (Katei Senta)
This facility has a nursery, library, gym and table tennis courts. Both young and old, individuals and groups, are welcome and reservations are not required. Lectures on culture and hobbies (such as tea ceremony) are also offered here.

Sumida Local Enterprises Center (Sumida Chushokigyo Senta)
Working people can use the health training room, table tennis court, gym and music studio located in this center. Fees are required.

Yutoriya (Sumida Lifelong Learning Center)
Lifelong learning is promoted through this center. There is a planetarium, information corner, media corner and so on. Classes in a variety of subjects are also held here.

Sumida Health House
A place for relaxation which includes a sauna, jet bath, bubble bath, waterfall shower and nine different baths. All one requires is their swimsuit plus an entrance fee of 700yen for adults and 300yen for elementary and junior high school students. Free for anyone younger.
There are also various resting rooms and lounges to help one relax. Closed every third Monday of the month and for the New Year holiday.

Social Welfare Hall (Shakai Fukushi Kaikan)
This hall's facilities, which include a playroom, nursery, children's library and gym, can be used on an individual basis for free. Classes in calligraphy, cloisonne ware and other similar subjects are also offered.

Regional Meeting Rooms (Chiiki Shukaijo)
These rooms are used for various regional activities such as cycle activities, study groups, meetings, gymnastic exercises, and other functions of similar nature. Certain fees are charged.
